This position:
- Determines the accuracy of the books and records of the financial officers.
- Detects and recommends correction of errors.
- Protects the financial officers and relieves them of responsibility, except in case of fraud.
- Verifies that funds have been transferred through channels(i.e. membership, insurance).
- Assures the membership that the association's resources and funds are being managed in a businesslike manner within the regulations established for their use.
- Serves on the Executive Board.
