2013-2014 LJHS PTA membership dues are currently being accepted through our website.  Each membership costs $20.

• LJHS PTA traditionally has the largest PTA membership in the San Diego Unified School District.
• Each PTA membership allows us to continue to develop, organize and fund new and existing programs each year for our students, teacher and staff at LJHS.
• Please join the PTA!

• Sophomores: Wednesday, August 28th
• Freshmen: Thursday, Auguest 29th
• First Day of School: Tuesday, September 3rd

Principal Dana Shelburne cites our PTA's well-coordinated and effective registration process as key to getting the new school year off to a great start. Please volunteer to help out with this fun and important event.

The LJHS PTA has the an unbelievable number of dedicated volunteers each year and we thank you all as we appreciate every one of you for your generosity of time to our students! At the June 1st PTA meeting, we honored three women who have gone above and beyond donating time, energy and their efforts to the PTA as well as to their community! We recognized Teri Newlee, Wendy Neri and Sandra Sloan with the PTA Honorary Service Award pin and certificate for their service to the LJHS PTA!
